S.I.A. works with most common smartphones and tablets. Teachers can use their personal phone or school device.
The plug-and-play system is easy to operate. There is one-time initial setup and the system will then run by itself.
Text Alerts
S.I.A. knows the schedule of each class, including start and end times. The app will recognize children that didn’t show up or didn’t get picked up from school and will send multi-channel notification alerts.
Emergency Reports
S.I.A. generates attendance and system reports with a high standard of compliance to regulations. Reports are sent daily for back-up and in an emergency can be accessed offline from the teacher’s email.
Taking Responsibility
The S.I.A. BackOffice will help to manage all school attendance. Only administrators will have access and can add, update and delete classes, as well as teachers, students and other authorized persons.
ID Confirmation
By using images, barcodes and PIN numbers, all authorized persons and teachers will confirm identification for each attendance occurence.
